fairs, boutique shopping, skiing, golfing, boating and outdoor
concerts.
This quaint cottage is
located in the exclusive, private upper Roaring Brook Association
just minutes from downtown Harbor Springs. You will enjoy the
private association beach access (with private parking), beach
chairs, large dock, swimming raft, tennis courts, picturesque
walking paths and playground. Spectacular bay views from the
sidewalks that run along the bluff.
The main house and
optional guest house (800 sq.ft.) sit on a 2-acre parcel with a
paved circular driveway, expansive lawn, beautiful private wooded
area in the back and open filtered views of the bay.
Main House

Recently completely renovated 1500 sq.ft. cottage with 2 bedrooms (master
with king, guest with twin beds) and 2 1/2 baths. Each
bedroom has a separate bathroom.

A living/dining area with a large wood burning fireplace, wood
floors, and large windows.

Family room/study with combination bench/bed and powder room.

Bright and cheerful kitchen with breakfast nook, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, linens, and
towels. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer off
the kitchen.

A large deck connects to the living room through a sliding glass
door and is an ideal spot to read, sun, entertain, and BBQ.

Filtered views of the lake from the deck and some portions of the
house.
